Welcome to the world Jadyn Grace!
Our sweet little angel arrived on Friday, August 17th at 8:27am. She weighed 7 pounds 9 ounces and was 19.75 in long. She has a full head of dark curly hair and is just beautiful!
I'm happy to say that this delivery was MUCH better! We were scheduled to be induced on Friday at 6:00am but I was already in labor by 2:30 that morning. Since Kaylee's labor was 19 hours long we weren't expecting to have this one until sometime in the evening so you can imagine our suprise when I was holding our little girl at 8:30 in the morning! The only downfall was I didn't get the epidural until 15 minutes before she was born (long story!) and it takes 20 minutes to take effect, so I had the joy of experiencing natural childbirth. But, she was worth every bit of it... and you can't really beat a 6 hour labor and 15 minute delivery!
Overall, Jadyn is doing wonderful! I am also feeling really good, which is such a change from last time. It's so nice to be home with our little girls. Oh, and Kaylee is having so much fun being a big sister! She loves to hold little Jadyn in her lap and give her kisses on the forehead. We're so glad she is adjusting so well. We hope you enjoy the pictures!

Congratulations! I haven't been to any Mom's Club activites for a while and the last time I saw you was at Janalee's house when CJ was going crazy and I had just had Trey. :-) Fun that you have a blog! Hopefully I'll see you sometime soon! Jamie Jacobsen
