SNOW

We finally got our first snow of the season!  The kids were so excited when they woke up and saw the white-covered ground out the front window.  I promised them we'd play in it just as soon as Kaylee got home, but by the time 4:00 rolled around, it was raining and the snow was already turning to slush.  The girls didn't seem to mind one bit and got to work on building a snowman.

It was this little guy's first time getting to play in the snow for real (he was too little last year) and he had a huge grin as he waddled out in his little snowgear.

Then he sat down and realized that you could eat the white stuff. That was fun until he also realized that his gloves were not so waterproof. And that made for cold, wet hands.

And so he opted to watch his sisters from the comfort of the covered patio.

All was well until the big sisters walked away from all their hard work to hunt for a carrot and pebbles... and little brother decided it would be really fun to play with said snowman.

It's a good thing those two adore their little brother so much!  They just gave a quick "Tyyylerrr" and got to work building Frosty a new head. :-)
